Notification of performed clearing of due obligations for the 3rd coupon of bonds with local designation RSBD-O-M of the issuer REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA

 
On 11 February 2019, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 3rd coupon of issuer's bonds, with local designation RSBD-O-M.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 33.000.000,00 KM for principal amount and 1.155.000,00 KM based on interest.
According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 3 days as of the day of maturity of coupon.

The Central Registry of Securities, JSC, Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska operates in accordance with positive legal regulations and provisions of the Law on Securities Market (The Republic of Srpska Official Gazette no 92/06, 34/09, 30/12 and 59/13)
