In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 30 August 2018, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Čajavec uslužne djelatnosti a.d. Banja Luka to the controlling shareholder Čajavec servis i promet a.d. Banja Luka.
