In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 05 November 2024, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer NAŠA BANKA AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder GI FINANCE DOO ZVORNIK.
